	To pay all legally required taxes through efficient management of tax costs, without incurring undue tax burdens
	Not to use low or no-tax jurisdictions, especially tax havens, to artificially channel its operations, or complex tax structures inconsistent with the sole objective of minimizing tax burden.
	To cooperate and collaborate with tax authorities in their audit, verification, and control activities.
	To have internal control systems for tax-related processes that guarantee adequate and systematic management of tax obligations, with identification and evaluation of tax risks, periodically reviewing the controls associated with such processes.
