	Execute current legal regulations related to the prevention and punishment of sexual harassment in the workplace, and those that the company voluntarily assumes.
	Train and sensitize workers on internal rules and policies against sexual harassment in the workplace. In addition, inform about the behaviors to be sanctioned in cases of sexual harassment, to promote a safe work environment and a change in behavior contrary to it.
	Disseminate and enforce this Policy at all levels of the organization.
