Investment Estimates: Based on the initial layout or architecture development plan, we generate parametric estimates, which are refined as more details about the project to be executed become available.

Business Case: The main commercial aspects to justify the project investment are summarized along with the client. Later, after generating the parametric estimate, the various sale and cost parameters typical from a business case are loaded, obtaining the economic and financial IRR of the project as a result.

Project Control: Quite frequently, real state companies are self-built, and this reality demands an unbiased and specialized intervention in order to control the key performance indicators of the Works. Thus, the Cost Engineering focuses on providing timely warnings about any possible deviations in cost and time that may arise during the construction process, in order to improve and obtain a good performance and the benefits expected by our investors.
