Design Management: We coordinate and define the design criteria to be developed for the project in order to determine its cost and duration. We also take care of the basic and detailed engineering of the project, as well as its harmonization and 3D display. We control the project changes in order to have them approved by the regulatory bodies. We provide support when arranging the permits and authorizations needed to execute the Project Works.

Tender Management: Together with our Client we develop the procurement strategy for contractors and providers. We generate and compile all the corresponding procurement documents. We care about the successful development of the tender process, including solving any related questions, and recommending a contractor to obtain authorization.

Construction Management: We manage our projects by planning, monitoring and controlling each construction stage. To do so, we develop management methodologies that allow us to optimize continuously our processes, ensuring efficiency and thus, generating some savings to our clients. Closure Management: We manage the start-up, commissioning, and delivery of the project to the client’s operational area. Likewise, we manage the financial and administrative close out of the project, by settling the construction contracts, reviewing and issuing the Quality Dossier.
