Tourism moves 53 billion soles, that is, 19.6 billion US dollars, and generates 1.2 million direct and indirect employments. In last years, tourist arrivals to the country have increased constantly, and the demand for hotels has diversified, with high occupancy rates and high investment potential. Therefore, the approach we have for the development of hotel projects is based on the business profitability and end user (guest) comfort.
